As we move through our lives day in day out, we build relationships with others and often let the most important one - the one with ourselves - fall to the wayside.

We’re always trying to please, impress, keep peace. On this long weekend, the focus will be on you. Together, we’ll be creating a nourishing space for rest, recuperation, reflection and relaxation as we move from the warmer months of summer in to beautiful autumn. The ending of one thing is the beginning of something new, and we feel that should be celebrated and cherished.

Take this long weekend for yourself to embrace the transition & prepare yourself for the cooler season in a traditional secluded Portguse villa 45mins west for Faro. Rosie will be offering 6 yoga classes throughout the 4 days, ranging from hatha flows to recharging yin, as well as nourishing restortaive, relaxing yoga nidra and plenty of guided meditations.

Time to truly set intentions for the winter days ahead & absorbe the last burst of our suns warmth to fully charge our souls. In your free time, we'll will have local holistic practitioners available for 1-1 appointments, as well as the opportunity for nature walks, chilling on the roof terrace and trips the local secluded beach.

All fueled by lovingly made home cooked by our own chef, hearty brunches & dinner using all locally sourced fabulous produce, in addition to constant treats/cakes and tea/coffee.

The cost for the entire long weekend (5 days, 4 nights) is £580 sharing, which includes sharing accommodation, all 6 x 90min yoga classes and 8 wholesome meals. 1 private occupancy double room is available at £890. please email direct for more details.

Why go on retreat?

You'll take your yoga to the next level.

Practicing yoga regularly can be challenging if you have a busy schedule. But when you’re on a retreat, chances are you’ll have 2 classes offered a day, which will ensure your progress and you will see the positive effects more quickly.

You'll get a chance at seeing new perspectives.

Going to a new place creates an opportunity to see the world, and yourself, in a new light. Experiencing the unknown is an accelerated way to grow and learn.

You'll *actually* meditate.

When you have extended free time, it’s a lot easier to meditate. On retreats, it feels a lot more natural to breathe deeply and be present in the moment.

You'll detox digitally, shutting off/minimizing technology usage.

The attachment we build to our phones, laptops, tablets and technology in general can have the ability to drive us farther away from ourselves and become disassociated from what is really happening around us. Giving yourself the space to ‘disconnect to reconnect’ is a real treat and rarity!

You'll relax and de-stress.

Sometimes we have to be far from home to give ourselves the permission to truly relax. Being on a retreat allows you to listen to your body, rest when you need it, and be free from stress.

You'll eat well without having to do all the work.

If your retreat is all inclusive, you get two or three healthy and delicious meals a day without the need to find recipes, go grocery shopping, prepare the food, or clean up. Getting the nutrition you need has never been easier. All the work is done for you.

You'll replace old habits.

The best way to break a bad habit is to replace it with a new healthy one. When you get out of your regular routine for a week, you can replace unhealthy habits with conscious new behaviors that support you in being your best self.

You'll make new friends 

Undeniably, you will meet individuals with similar interests. Even if you go alone, you have a chance to make friends with people from around the world.

You'll appreciate home 

While a week in paradise is always nice, we often come home with a refreshed appreciation for life. You feel happier, healthier, and re-energized to jump back into your routine with new vigor.
