LILA WHITING

Lila will encourage you to discern what is truly suitable for you & your breath capacity, empowering you to connect with your body & your needs. There is no one true alignment that applies to all, as this would deny the nuances of your uniqueness. Your yoga practice will cultivate deeper self-awareness & nurture your ability to sense, stabilise & ground, in a way that can generate profound healing. I feel the best way to get stuck in, is to have fun. So you can always expect a playful practice but of course, it will also be energised & challenging. Yoga is a practise to liberate the self. It teaches you how to breathe in a way that creates core stability. From this deep anchor, you can safely explore your own being through the yoga poses.

Trainings in Rocket Yoga, Forrest Yoga, Jivamukti & Iyengar.
