
Anna Pascoe
Owner of Ekam Yoga & Wellness Studio since June 2024. Anna is an experienced wellness practitioner, life coach, mentor, storyteller, writer, poet, nutritionist, fitness coach and when she’s not doing all of that, loves nothing more than enjoying the offerings of the other members of the Ekam family.
Taryn Brook
Taryn has been practicing yoga since her teenage years. Turning to the practice as a grounding force throughout her personal life until she decided to train as a teacher. Over time yoga became much more than a physical discipline but rather a space for self-discovery and connection.
Taryn’s classes create harmony through weaving together soothing shapes, breath, and intention. She loves to incorporate elements of yogic mythology and philosophy, offering her students a deeper experience on the mat.


Deborah Stainer
Deb qualified in 2025 after years of personal practice. Her love for yoga stems from its powerful ability to transform and heal body, mind and spirit. She is passionate about supporting others on their own yoga journeys.
With a gentle, intuitive approach, she supports people of all abilities, encouraging each student to listen to their body and practise in a way that feels right for them.
Deb is also a certified Reiki and Womb Reiki Practitioner.
Micheline Ferreira
Micheline is a trauma informed yoga teacher and ayurvedic practitioner, rooted in Classical yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra. She has over 13 years of experience and brings an individualised, therapeutic and mindful approach to practice


Maria Caldaralo
Qualified 2015 with Still Flowing Yoga, headed by Gemma Mallol. Maria loves the mindful approach to yoga, and generally teach gentle but challenging classes, focusing on bringing attention into the body. Maria decided to train in sports massage to broaden her skill set and to deepen her understanding of the human body.
Gemma Vivian
Yogi, sun/moon worshiper, adventure seeker, ocean lover. Gemma completed her yoga teacher training in September 2023 in Portugal, with Marta Diaz (founder of Om & Flow). Gemma is also a registered Dietitian, with a passion for all things health and wellbeing.


Anita Tempest-Keeping
In 2010 I studied for my foundation diploma certificate in yogic studies with the British Wheel of Yoga, this course gave me my first understanding and respect for eastern knowledge and philosophy. During 2012-2013 I spent a year traveling the world where I visited ashrams of Yoga and experienced the yogic way of life, I took part in karma yoga (the yoga of selfless action) and started on my dharma path.
Abishek Morye
In March 2018, I chose the path of becoming a yoga instructor and have not looked back since. Body & Brain Yoga incorporates dynamic movements that resemble those of Tai Chi, and Kundalini yoga as well as meridian stretching, tapping, vibration, and deep meditation for a truly unique mindful experience with exercise.


Vicky Church
Vicky is a talented and experienced yoga teacher, fitness instructor and wellness practitioner who works sensitively with students of all abilities to help them get the most out of their practice.
Beth Olive
Beth is a passionate yoga teacher dedicated to helping and inspiring others through their love for yoga. Beth crafts creative sequences written to help students find physical and spiritual strength.
